Do a serch for a dell 6650 power supply. 900 watts at 12 volts.

Made up into a 24 supply unit it will be a 24v 1800 watt supply.

No problems running them in series as the dc side is isolated already.

I got mine off ebay , about $80 with the cords.

They use oddball cords , so get the seller to give/sell you the matching cords.

I've been happy with mine so far. One of the first ones i got was a dud, worked but shut down and made a hell of a squeel under load. i had it replaced.

I have a fleet of 12v chargers, while i was waiting for the replacement i bought another power supply. junsi unit from rcflightstore.com http://rcflightstore.com/index.php?cPath=30_278 to power my 24v chargers

I can charge 2x 6s packs at 6 amps + 4 more 6s packs at 5 amps + 2s pack at 4 amps + 2s pack at 1 amp all at the same time on 1 6650 at 12volts.

The Dell 6650 makes a great power supply for hobby use in the higher power ranges. A little heavier and larger than some others but have great features that off set this. Fans are self regulating to the load, already have the AC/DC grounds isolated so no mods needed.
