I have a small Eflite plane with AS3X in it and a 130X on the way. I was wondering if the AS3X board in the plane is the same as the 130X? I will know soon enough, but was just wondering if anyone knew. Thanks

No it's not the same. Blade fbl helis are controlled via a 140 deg swash and this mixing is done on the as3x board (the tx is set to normal single servo like you'd use on a MCCPM heli). The as3x planes obviously don't have any swash mixing.
