Yep, I learned so much on my old MCPX just for no fear of crashing. Learned more on the MCPX in a year than I did with all my other helis in ten years.

I got mine up to a TA915 BL motor. It was freakin out of control.

I ended up selling for the 300X and kinda regret it.. Oh well. I think I'll grab a NCPX over the winter at some point.

+1 on all the mcpx praise, that heli got me back into heli's after getting blasted with a 700. I moved up to the 130x and like that one even more. same lack of nerves about crashing and it is more capable, brushless. It does have some teething problems but mine flies exactly how i want it.

plus i just bought 5 flight lipos for $50. when was the last time you did that with a 450-700??

I just got one of the V2's the other day. Haven't had a chance to try flying it yet but it was easy to setup and bind to my DX6i. I did fly one that belongs to a friend but it was tamed down so far that I could hardly control it. I set mine up per the manual and will adjust from there.

AHHHHHH Crap, where's the throttle hold?????

You can keep the 130. Just a money pit. IMO.

Hello
I have 2 130X's and love them as well. Would not recommend one for someone new to helicopters. Way to finicky to fix some issues after crashes. The 130 is easier to fly but would be better for a second heli.

Just my opinion. Heck you can't go wrong with a Nano, Mcpx or 130
