I think that would depend on the headspeed at 100%.

its on a 600efl pro at 85%throttle im getting 2500 headspeed.just want more headspeed. thanks for your reply

You can but the gov will not do its job when the headspeed drops (if it does running that high headspeed lol)

If you run 100/100 end point/ATV values, or "not calibrated", then 65% max tx throttle is usually considered the norm.
