So far so good. I am still trying to dial in the Skookum a little better but I am really impressed and I have a lot of fun flying. I recently switched to 30% nitro trying to get a little more power. I don't know if it was that noticeable yet with only one tank through. I spent most of the time playing with the needles but for the most part it is powerful enough for me I might try different blades too I think. These are 560mm.

the first year I was in forward flight I had a Hawk SEv2 (discontinued now), well late in the year I crashed it bad, real bad, very bad, and my poor little OS32 screamed it's self to death laying on the ground, it was a long, terrible and painful death, the poor little thing stopped breathing just as I got to her..
so,, I needed to buy a new Engine as well as a new kit, so I bought an OS 50 and new Falcon SEv2 50 kit,, anyhoo I flew the Falcon (and crashed it too LOL) for a few years, I learned to love the feel of it (smooth), and every one that flew it liked it too, then after those few years I went to the Raven. well I decided some 6 or 8 months ago that the next time I crash my Raven I am going to rebuild it as a Falcon, just for fun

BTW, how did I cash my Hawk>, well it's antenna pulled out, no control at all, she was up about 20ft flying around in an 30ft oval for a good 60 seconds, people were running around so they could duck behind cars, and there I am standing there trying to regain control, she just kept going around and around and around, then as soon as she started to loose altitude I ran off over by my 4-Runner, then she hit the ground some 80ft away leaving me just a few usable parts to put on the shelf, I have to say that was the worst Heli crash in my 10 years flying

I should clarify. Mine is a 30 size Hawk pro with significant upgrades. I guess it looks a lot like a Raven but it has the shorter tail boom with the gears for the os37. The black counter gear is the driven tail upgrade. It has the ccpm upgrade with metal swash and the FBL head. I put the bigger tank in it for longer flight times. It also has the 50NX fan for starting ease as I moved away from the metal fans with one way bearing. The electronics tray is just a piece of hobby plywood I cut and painted. I prepped the surface with CA glue then taped the electronics on with red double sided tape. On the tail boom is the 50NX vertical and horizontal fin set and the tail is the triple ball bearing plastic grips. It all sits on the tough landing gear for the 50 size helis. I think it is a little heavier than the original Hawk Pro (haven't weighed it) but the 37 with the Hatori 3D muffler pulls it around the air pretty nicely. I really want to put a os50 in it and see what that does but I have a G30 gasser that is being built first.

^^^ about putting a 50 in it, as I remeber when going from my Hawk (OS32) to the Falcon (OS50), my Falcon flew noticeably lighter with the longer blades, I remember it took less power/less throttle to lift-of, it took me a few flights to get used-to that and the quicker acceleration and top speed
