I've set up my V-Bar in the past, and have never had any issues, until now. Prior to today, I've left all of my pitch curves linear, and following the programming the pitch in normal mode never went below -3 degrees, for example. That is how it should work. Then, switching from normal to idle-up, I had full -12 to +12 degrees of deflection. Currently, even in normal mode, I have a full -12 to +12 degrees deflection, which isn't correct. I can easily change my pitch curve in the radio, but then there's this drastic change when going from normal to idle-up concerning altitude. Prior to today, I've never had this issue and the V-Bar just.....took care of it for me. Did I miss something during setup?? I don't understand what's going on. Any help would be much appreciated.

Using an 11X, I don't see a hover trim in any menu.

I see the hovering pitch section in the manual, but.....how would I access or change it? I go into my pitch curve menu and there's no reference in any of the menus regarding hovering pitch.

Mr Mel,

I guess my main concern is, will this cause any issues?? At 3/4 stick I have 6 degrees of pitch in all flight modes. I just have a full range of -12/+12 degrees deflection in normal mode instead of -3/+12 degrees. This is on a Outrage Velocity 50 N2 with an OS55.

You can adjust curves as you like, but if it jumps in the air between Normal and Idle, your hover pitch IS active.
Check monitor screen while flipping through idle modes.
