How purdy is this pipe?

New pipe to test and tune and a broken fuel pump.
The heli had 1/4 tank of fuel

Took off in a hover...after the 4S Super Starter started the heli in a flash of glorious power....Was super fat but no smoke and oil blowing out the bottom.

Landed...turned the high needle in 4 clicks and took off again....It was screaming for some 3D action...Then the classic ramp up from a lean engine running out of fuel....Died and autoed in....

It is running like my last 700....Perfect!!!!

I also trashed the on board fuel pump and I'm running on pure muffler pressure.

I ordered the parts to do away with the regulator but if it runs this good...I'll keep the fuel pressure regulator.

I'm sooooooo happy and I WILL make the 200 mile trip for a new fuel pump tomorrow.....Better get some extra fuel too...Two gallons will NOT be enough this weekend

I literally never use the word literally right.

Thanks Cuzz....I'm giddy as a school girl.lol....

I have had issues with the 700 ALL SUMMER LONG

Now the crap Hatori and 3GX are both gone and the heli is just perfect.

Next step is new cases for my cyclic servos.
All three are worn out and lock up without power.
They work fine in flight but won't turn without power.

I'd hate them to lock up in the air.

The dimples in the lid part of the servo cases are enlarged and the little pinion binds without power to turn it.

I literally never use the word literally right.

Loving the flames on the can-o-pee windscreen.

That's a sign to get new servos. Anything that has been flown and acting unusual is a sign not to use them.
Sure you could get another 100 or 200 flights on them, or just 1 flight then kablammo.

The enlarged dimples are from impacts...not really so much wear.lol....

I shouldn't have said worn out...Misleading.

They're relatively new 8717's but the lids on the cases are very soft and oblong in a crash.

I literally never use the word literally right.
