A 1/4 drive socket pushes on my pumps pinion nice and tight and even grabs on the two flats pretty good.

So a little JB Weld in the 1/4 drive hole of a 6mm socket and TAH DAH....

A fuel pump powered by my starer.

I pumped a bunch of fuel before it slipped a little...Before the JB Weld.

I'll let ya know how it holds up when the JB Weld cures.

I literally never use the word literally right.

Using the drill to start the heli anyway, waiting on a new starter battery.lol....

I doubt it though since I used a high speed drill to test it even before the JB Weld was applied.

I like that very sharp. Same here, things are in danger of being turned into other things with much quickness.

I'm afraid you'll strip the gears in the pump if you crank it to fast with a drill. And watch out for smoke, where theirs smoke fire is not far behind.

I think his version is about $100 less.

But, wouldn't a lazy mans fuel pump come with a power cord?
