I have the same MP7 on my whippy!

I put in a setscrew where the pressure port would be used since my 105 has DRS and no need for it.

Okay I've got my Savox 1267SG's on cyclic, and my SB-2272MG for tail control, and SH-1290MG on throttle.

It doesn't have that restrictive header, that every hatori comes with. I replaced a hatori with this mp7 and I never looked back.

Oh I have something to add, for anyone in the process of building a whiplash. I noticed when looking at the main gear there were chips left over from the machining process in between the teeth. I took a brass wire brush and cleaned the teeth and it made the drivetrain mesh much better initially.

Mine was super tight, everything was super tight and after my 4th flight today its breaking nicely. My pitch slider showed up this morning and I hit the field for 3d testing.

All I can say is wow, I have flown everything out there except a few of the newest and the only way I can explain it, is the thing flies like something from a rc simulator. unrealistic response and stability!!
I have never had a heli build as fast and require almost no adjustments for flight! The only thing I had to do was adjust my T/R push rod in rate mode before switching it to AVCS (which most people dont even know about doing or bother with)I recommend it, prevents drift on tail and now with FBL I do the same for the other 2 axis.
Anyway great heli, I could only imagine what the 105/120 motors would be like or the electric!

Can you tell me what is AVCS is for?

Pardon me as I'm waiting for the 8FG to arrive and I am reading up on the manuals in understanding the system integrated with the CGY750.

AVCS (Angular Vector Control System). Its another term for heading hold.

Direct from futabas website

which they call AVCS. This is described in the manual as an Angular Vector Control System and what this basically means is that the gyro is capable of holding a given heading with zero correction required form the pilot.

Or heading hold mode in layman's terms

Hey Kyle Owen,
How do you like the Savox 1267MG servos and how did they perform? I ordered the 1268SG a little slower than yours but should be in next week sometime.

I like them, haven't had any problems. All be it im no stick banger pro. But for the money they have monstrous torque and speed. The only thing I noticed was the 2272 rudder servo is noisy.....but holy hell that thing is as fast as a lightning bolt. It growls like a lion but it is so fast when I move the stick the servo horn is a blur

I too have the 2272 rudder servo but sent it in to be checked. It was not performing well. I should have it (new one) next week as well.
