If 10% of Align motors broke out of the box you would here WAY more about it! Its probably less than 0.1%!

I and many other people I know who use Align motors haven't had 1 break yet after hundreds of flights. 15% only lasting 100 flights is bull****.

60% of the time, it works every time!

Like i said before, Cheap motors 75% of the motors will last 200 flights. 15% will last 100 . 10% will break or squall right out of the box.
Aligns biggest problems with these motors are QC . Just make it and put it in the dang box kinda att. Its all about the money dudes.
I bought a new Trex 500 a few years back. First startup . The motor made a squeal from he!! . Shaft was too small for the bearings. Im a mill mechanic at a lead and zinc mine. We break shafts all the time. How about a 2 foot shaft. Yep. We broke it. Align use stock untreated steal. So does actro. Actro might be a tad treaded though and shafts made cheap can have small pockets of air bubbles. Lacks QC
If this guys post was true and unbias, every single Align motor shaft wouldn't make it 30 flights.
Ive used Scorpion and Align motors in 250,450,600 and 700 class helis ..Put hundreds of flights on them without a single issue other than a Align 700M 510KV motor <----Bearings went bad after 400 flights.
Ive also seen MANY people snap shafts on Scorpin and Align motors..Some that snapped the shaft on a 4035 Scorpion used a Align 700M/MX shaft because its the same shaft..

When something isn't setup right, its going to fail sooner or later so matter what brand ect...
Anyone can look at any section on this and other sites and see every single brand motor, heli ect.. has or had some kind of issue.Guess that makes the QC garbage on everything in this hobby ...

It is indeed a CC/design and material problem. We went through 7 or 8 600 size motors that kept breaking shafts. They replaced all of them, they always broke in the exact same spot. Switched to Neu and Scorpion motors and we've never broken another shaft!

The Castle/Vertigo motor IS a NUE motor which uses the SAME shaft .Both made by the same person but the Vertigo was made for Castle.

Didn't see this and im sure if Mark did, this guy would get banned.Hes a Xera Rep (reason for his Align bashing) and sent me this cool PM ..People like him are the main reason I never believe what some say as they will do/say anything to try talking you into buying what they have..In his case being a Xera rep,hes bashing Align trying to talk the OP into buying what he helps sale..

Dude, Why you on egg shell lately, I use to be real bad about twisting sheet around during my winter. But I been trying my best to stay out of the BS.
I really can't do it now, and maybe I will take back all I said on there because I'm handling all of Xera motors in USA and Germany now. But about align, Im sorry , I hate them.

Well I was going to send this to you through a pm since you turning this around

Hi BladeStrikes

I just became xera 2 weeks ago , not a rep, a distributor , I been with xera since day one, I have the first proto type in my Diabolo now.
I did not like align motors when I flew actro, so this has nothing to do with xera, I help start xera because of bad motors, my best motors was German made because they were the best you can buy, when I was a rep for MA back in 2004 and 2005. We logged 1000 flights without any problems with kontronics, actro had soft shafts, and we broke shafts, kontronics had harden shafts, but weak on power. This was there 45 series.
But read back to my first and second post on that thread. I did state , soft shaft or out of round pinion or main gear.
Dude, you blowing this way out
