The E6 is designed for up to 630mm blades. Haven't tried anything bigger than 606mm myself.

Agree, I'm using the Rail 606 and love them too much to try something else.
Answer to your question is yes the 623 will work.

Time flight: 4:15 , Putting around 5200-5700mah back into packs.
I know TP packs are expensive, but I didn't know you can get 135% to 148% capacity out of them!!
