No need to use FBL blades, though a worthwhile read on some of the issues that may affect FBL is here:

http://www.vstabi.info/en/node/74

But on my current BeastX equipped 700's, I've used my Align 690D's, F3C's and Curtis Radix 710 FAI V2's with good results on all.

I'm finding that heavy, FAI style blades don't really buy you too much with FBL since the gyros give you the lion's share of stability. They auto real nice but it appears to me that the gyros react a little better with light blades....
So on my next heli, which will have my Vbar fullsize on it, I'll likely just use standard Curtis 710's on it.

Apart from that, fly what you got and it should work fine.

FAI blades are weighted at the tip and core. FAI blades can be used as both FB and FBL blades. You cannot compare FAI blades to regular FB or FBL blades. FAI are made for precision flying.
