How do you increase cyclic resolution On a helicopter that use a ccpm "push-pull" linkage system?

I know that you can move in the link balls on the servo horn.
BUT wount that cause binding, as the linkage then wount be symmetrical in a push-pull setup?

Thanks..

In my experience, the change in angle from moving the balls inward won't be enough to cause binding problems.

Besides, since the resolution needs to be increased, the amount of rotation of the servo horn is too small anyway and quite far enough away from the mechanical limits to begin with.

So the additional amount of rotation gained by moving the balls in should still be within mechanical limits (unless you move them too far in that is ).

On my trex 700E, the ail/pitch bellcranks also have an inner hole you can move the balls to that'll reduce the amount of throw on the links to the swash. The elevator pitch arm also has an inner hole for the A arm to do the same thing with the elevator. So I can almost get the BeastX to do the blue light in the 6 degrees pitch step on my electric.
This may be the case on other helis too, but not sure.

So I say just move the balls in on the servo horns first and see where you are after that.

Depending on the swash used, you can move the balls on the inner ring in closer to the main shaft so they give less throw.

If you skip me I can't play!

In order to get a blue light during cyclic limit on the beast. I need to step down from 27mm ( setting from the manual ) to 20mm.
Thats a pretty big difference.

I think I will tackle this issue from 2 ways.
Both move in the balls on the horn. And then do as PJRono says, look for shorter ballson the inner ring on the swash.

Heli is the new JR NEX E8.

Thanks so far..
