Typical Liberal. It's called "overhead" Maybe you've heard of it. The have a mortgage to pay on their building(s), a HUGE check to write every month for your health insurance plan, utilities, your holidays, your sick time, etc. It's called a multiplier.
Currently I'm on a job in India that my company bid for 8 hours a day but in all reality I'm working at least 12 hrs., if not more, at their charged rate of $200/hr. plus expenses. I'm not seeing that. So who is really getting screwed here?
And bottom line is, if you feel you're getting screwed, you can always leave. Start your own business and see how hard it is.
