Hey Jim, I've ordered some parts from grand RC about 10 days ago. I got sOme parts that were wrong and some stuff was missing. I've emailed them 3 times and received no reply about righting the situation. And the don't answer the phone either. Any chance you could help a brother get this sorted out ? Had good luck with them in the past , hate to boycott them now.

I have no visibility into GrandRC's business but when I've called they have been responsive to me. GrandRC is in California so you may need to take timezone differences into consideration when calling.

I will see what I can do to call attention to your order, pointing them to this thread.

Ed I have sent 2 more emails to the address you listed above and still no reply. I was helped from a very fine source on RR and they couldn't contact you. I spent the money with your business and would appreciate that you folks would right the situation. How can we fix this ? Your phone number and email system don't work. My order number was 7808.

My son and I have been ordering from Grand RC for years now and have never had anything but top notch service. We often joke about how fast the parts arrive. I've always been able to get them (Daisy) by phone. I think this may just be a snafu, they'll do right.

Doc B, how does your positive experience from Grand RC make Krashtagain's (and others) negative experience "OK"?

Do a search for "Grand RC". I haven't seen more customer complaints about a single dealer than I have from Grand RC.

Krashtagain, I hope they make whatever it is right for you.
As for myself, I learned years ago to stay away from any company who doesn't seem to understand the meaning of "customer service."

I'm confused too, I've been dealing with Grand RC for many years as well as a ton of orders and never had any issues . I'm sure they will make it rite

I have had nothing but good luck with Grand RC.
I may have had to make a call, or send a email in the past, maybe took a day or two to work things out, but it always has worked out.

Never lost a dime on a deal with Grand RC, I wish I could say that about every deal.

Fly with scheduled ground contact !
