Yup stock 90 clutch works great.

One mile of road will take you one mile. One mile of runway will take you anywhere in the world.

Raptor 90 gasser clutch

I read to some forums that r90 gasser clutch can burnt because the gasser engine rpm are lower than nitros so if you don't upgrade you clutch or change the clutch liner of the bell you have problem.

I've got about 6 gallons thru my R90G using the stock clutch without any signs of distress.

To be more specific, because the speed you spin the clutch will have an effect...

Gear ratio: 91T gear, 14T pinion - 6.50 Gear ratio
Head speed: 1850 rpm
Engine speed: 12,025 rpm

I don't know anything about the conversion you are working with but with the Helibug conversion the stock Trex clutch isn't good enough especially at low rpms like the 12K you are talking about

Lynx has a new heavier clutch that may address that and the HWC conversions have a massive clutch that works fine

The stock raptor clutch was designed to operate at much higher RPMs than it looks like you're going to run it here so I'd expect some issues to come up over time.

...just for reference, the clutch is running at 79% of its design speed - at least in my case.

6.50/8.27 = 79%

Granted, I only have about 6gal thru my conversion, but the clutch bell is hardly warm after a full 3D flight.

sounds like you've got the right thing for the Helibug. Make sure you check the fit with both the Lynx gas upgrade clutch and the thick Lynx gas liner. Its possible to get the fit so tight you'll have to cut the liner in a lathe.

You believe it's better if i live the original align clutch liner and you use only the lynx gasser clutch?
