Not really 3d, but the little BNF Sbach is a lot of fun. More of a precision flier than 3d, it's got the power, but not the control authority for 3d. Does an awesome harrier, though.

That's cool. That was a great heli.

No, that Sbach is pretty awesome out of the box.

I would also take a look at Eflite's Beast 3D coming out very soon. It has a stabilization system in it making it fly like a much larger plane. It has a brushless 180 out runner motor and 2 cell lipo. Chuck

+1 on the SBack 342 - easily the best of the UMX airplanes - BUT be aware it is NOT an indoor flyer. Mine flew noticably better when I glued a little bit of CF tube onto the control horns on the control surfaces, they were too flimsy. Flew it 100% stock other than that. Hit the light pole in front of my house where it did a nose dive onto the pavement, broke it pretty good. Was pretty durable before that. The side force generators made it knife edge easy but sucked other than that IMO because it made it too sensitive to wind. This airplane does handle wind good (to a point).

For indoor flying the UMX Extra-300 is pretty good. Would really benefit from a BLS conversion.
