Hello Oscar,

I'm sorry the problem you had with your Velocity.

While you consider that it is a manufacturing defect, I hope you understand that we can not take no more, each time a driver has a break of outrage and considered to have been caused by a manufacturing flaw and not human error , misuse or improper mounting. The solution that I can give is to send us the piece that you consider to be defective for the outrage we send, analyze it and tell us the cause.

If you have been a manufacturing fault, Outrage will be responsible for the damage you've had.

Hello Oscar,
Outrage has finally proven that the failure was caused by a manufacturing defect, and we will replace all parts that broke Outrage. About the blades, Outrage replied that we can not take care of the blades as they are not your brand but you send MercadoRC when you receive a similar characteristics

therefore, thanks to the store that has served me here in Spain which is MERCADORC, and thanks also to outrage

at least Outrage accepted that there was a manufacturing failure.
that can happen with any brand.

tens if not hundreds of people crashed trex 700 due to the tail rotor bolts!!!
did you see one single post align accepted the problem???

If you dont like the brand , you dont have to hate it!!!

it will only happen on low quality parts whatever the heli was made.
I bet your wife, car and house that you wont find this issue on a JR, Hirobo, Kasama kit (and a few other helis)

Bikman: You sure do talk a lot. I see it in a lot of threads. Are you sure you even know what your talking about? Do you own an Outrage? Probably not im assuming. So this thread doesnt apply to you if you dont. If you dont know the product and anything about the heli, dont bash on it.
I completely stand behind Outrage 100%. They will back up anything that is wrong and customer support is outstanding! I have had NO issues with my Outrage heli. I fly them pretty hard, and they have not failed on me once! Believe it or not, i have flown many many different brands, and the Outrage brings me most confidence as I know it will NOT break apart.

There may have been a defect in one of the parts. But so does everything that is made in this world. Maybe there was a bubble in the middle of the plastic or the part just didnt harden correctly. There will always be that 1 part out of 100 made that will fail. Every heli is designed and want to self distruct themselves.
