Thinking about getting the microheli fbl head which does not
include any shaft(s)
Can you just use stock shaft(s)?

I think so.
That said, my experience with the larger Microheli stuff is it is made from an aluminum alloy that is way softer than it should be. To easy to bend and break.

Your experience may vary, but I stopped using any microheli stuff.

My T500 birds now run Align grips and swash driver arms from the Align FBL head, and KDE Direct head blocks.

I used this head on my first T-Rex 500, with the stock FB shaft.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah, a soft head is not good for any
occasion so I'll just go with the align head I guess.
