Congrats! I'm sure you'll be impressed. Have a look around the forum....lots of good build info. If you have any questions feel free to send me a PM. If you're planning to go DSD for the cyclic servos you will need to order the Vision 50c servo mounting brackets. While the 90 can be set up for either push pull or DSD the kit doesn't come with the brackets to mount the servos in a DSD configuration.

vision 90

Glad to see you pulled the trigger. The 90 is a awesome flying machine.
What electronics. Are you going with? I would imagine you went fbl correct? I prefer the Beast X YS 3ds great power engine, your choice of servos, Outrage or Funtech muffler, Swe 690's or G5. Bls or Mks on tail straight 8v and this puppy with kick booty!!!

Also if you haven't tried Rapicon fuel do so you want be sorry....everything Rcheliworks has instock.
Thx C.B.

I'm going with airtronics 94771M on cyclic and throttle, MKS bls980 on the tail, BeastX, ys91/hatorisb19. I have thought about going DSD but I'm not sure yet. I was told to get in touch with you if I have any questions.

No problem

Sweet setup!

For less than 20.00 bucks go DSD.. Just simpler and better.

When you start building hit me up...

Thx C.B.

Does the 90 have that cutout for the rear skid mounts like the 50, leaving < 5mm of CF?

I have just recieved info regaurding this issue. The original landing gear was made way to strong leaving the next weak point the frames. Ask me i know my frames broke first hard landing. My orignal gear is so strong its been threw 9 crashes and the last being a rekit and guess what survived lol the gear. So i have word the gear has been redisgned to be a tad bit more givable under impact. I will try to get pictures to show you what i mean. Now the gear isnt super weak im saying they kicked it down a notch so your not buying new frames. Anyway that problem has been taken of by ElyQ.

I have everything on/in the radio tray. FBL controller on the left side....receiver and governor on the right. I run unregulated LiFe packs so I don't have a regulator to worry about. I needed one extension for the elevator servo.

That's what I was thinking too but I think if I do that I will need an extension on everything but the rudder. I will have to look tonight.

Same here... Beast up top and the RX on the side of the electronics tray, no need for extensions as my JR DS8717 have pretty long wires.

I hope the Spectrum-Beast isn`t too far away, thats gonna reduce the amount of wiring mess/weight by a good deal.

The ELY-Q regulator is on the other side on the tray, Governor sits side by side the RX. I use a relatively large hard case 3800mAh 2S lipo for ballance.
