(max power out is 100, avg 68)

Castle ICE2 120HV
Hyperion 4035/500
E-Stratus
11T Pinion/100T Main
Turnigy 5000 12S

Could someone with more experience look this over and make sure i'm not going to fry something? This is just a basic hover, and climbouts trying different RPM's. 1750/1850/1950

Is my gov really pumping out 100% when it's saying it's not going over 93% in the setup files?

In the Castle software, the govenor values are just an estimate. In your case, the estimator was on the low side. If you are pushing the power system more you'd probably see the value for "motor power out %" higher than it is right now.

Don't only look at the numbers at the bottom. Also look at the graph for "motor power out %". You see that its right around 80% except for a few spikes. Occassionally hitting 100% on "motor power out %" is not a bad thing. In fact when tuned correctly you can expect to regularly peg that value during the last 30 seconds of the flight.

I also find its easier to read the chart of you turn off some of the unneeded data lines. Its under View\Data Display Setup.
