Is this the white nylon one from GForce??
If so It's made of white hard nylon I think and it has scalloped blades and it's light in weight to really flow more air over the engine. I have put them on my T700's myself and no problems at all. Figured it couldn't hurt over the black ones that came with the T700 kits. I'm sure there was some engineering and probably some flow testing done on them before releasing them on the market so maybe they work better.

Not sure what you mean about Temperature.
The temp should run slightly cooler because the fan moves more air over the engine so it cools it slightly better.
