Man, I guess you know (as a company) that you're starting to really get the industry's attention, when other companies start making stuff like this for your helis Mikado should be proud.

Nice lookin' bling Kind-of reminds me of a Kasma, where it appears the design concept is, that if two parts will do the job, then design it so it requires 6.

Only problem is that you have to use an ALIGN hub and grips/thrusts/radials. Not gonna happen on my Logo...

Holy butt load of parts Batman! Man that's great upgrade to increase the parts count.

To hover is divine, the alternative is rather PLANE.

Mine are fine
My stock tail works fine. And the thought of putting Align parts
on my Logos is just plain crazy. Like putting Taurus parts on an Ed Brown.

it seems mikado usually shut down anyone making aftermarket parts, will it be the same here? Or are they unable do to the fact that they are upgrade parts vs replacement parts.

Like most things KDE, it looks like an expensive downgrade. Hate to think of what that mess weighs.

Did you ever see the $75 bottom plate they make for a TRex 600... what a waste.

And here's one of my favorites for the TRex 700... replaces a $5 non-structural part:

There was a time that I used to buy any upgrade available. Miniature Air was very famous for it.
But I matured with the Logos and I like the way the come from the box (simple). The only think that I upgrade is the Canopy. And Mikado makes beautiful canopies.

Dude, the Mikado system doesn't even have a micro inch of slop, so all those additional parts and double control is a waste of money, design time, weight and conceptual reasoning. Why would you sell an upgrade to something that does not need upgrading? On top of that it requires an Align hub and blade holders? KDE, you are kidding, right??!!!?? I give you I am looking for some blade holder that withstands 105s at any rpm. Quick UK has wrong geometry, and this has wrong... well, everything. Stock tail for me for the time being.

The stock Mikado tail works great and its proven its a really old design they have not changed from the old logos at all in fact its the same parts from the sames molds just moved from one model to the next. Now that being said I can make my tail blow out if I try hard enough so I think its worth considering a different approach. The parts count is a bit crazy for sure but controlling the slider from the top and bottom is better like the way MSH or the Rave does it and on our prototype Robo we control it similarly. I have ordered one just to test and try to understand why there is so many parts to it we will see also I will try with Quick UK parts instead of Align I cant do that to my Logo lmao.

Quick tail geometry
The quick tail has a slight offset where it connects to the blade grips. On the mikado you cannot get the proper throw if you use the quick. I know this from experience. I bought a quick tail and couldn't get the proper throws on my 600 se. Hey any one wanna buy a quick tail lol.

Installed with Quick UK
I have not flown it yet but it does fit perfect with Quick UK blade grips and hub. I will post results when I fly.

How far from tail boom center does the ball link from the control rod need to move over in order to reach the bellcrank?

Also, do you get same throws as stock?
