Intrepid Gasser

I believe it is longer than the normal Intrepid but not as long as the EB. If someone has measurements to confirm this, I would appreciate it.

Asking $1300 shipped BnF or $1150 shipped with minimal electronics.

Hanson 3dpro G26
Bergen "unobtainium" pipe
V-blades main and tail
gy401
Stator Gator
GV-1
Jewel Generator
JR 2700mAh 4cell rx pack

There are quite a few expensive spare parts in the box, including a custom made I2 RC dual bearing swashplate, tail box, push-pull tail upgrade, a few head parts, full bolt and ball kit. As can be seen in the photos, the heli is built with a mix of orange and black parts but there is a full set of each color frames. I also have a pair of V-blade paddles.

This heli is old but it has very little flight time on it. It was originally built by Chris Bergen many years ago. The engine is broken in and has been run recently. I'm selling it to fund a new and more modern gasser.

Here's a short video I shot of me flying it real quick.

I realize the canopies are a hot item, especially the brand new cheeked canopy, but I do not want to sell them separately as I feel this would be unfair to the person who purchases the heli. If there is no interest after a reasonable amount of time, I may part the heli out.

Google estimates 194mi and a 4hr drive... I've looked into shipping it a few different ways. I would let it all go for $1100 cash, local pickup. I even have a spare basic gas can you could have if you need one.

If you have an x9303 or x9503, I have the JR data cable to transfer the model program to your radio.

That's a Zimmerman pipe. I believe Bergen sells them. Yes, Bergen still fully supports all their models.

Here's a link...

Swapped the electronics around on it recently so it flys a lot better now. Put a Spartan DS760 and Hyperion DS20xGCB on to control the tail. Put S9350s on cyclic and a Hitec 6965HB on collective. s9254 on throttle and reprogrammed the GV-1.

In short, I replaced the really slow servos with quicker models and upgraded the gyro.
