Ok so i have been flying now for a while but just recently moved to flying fast from side to side. i find it very easy to do the stall turn or slow bank turn going from right to left. but when coming back from left to right i get to the point of the turn and feel better to just stop and turn it in a hover. any one with ideas of how to over come this. or is it just a mental issue for me... I'm not sure here is a video for you so see sorry about eh camera she was trying to stay on the heli but had it too close in zoom. you can get the idea thou. Any and all feed back thank you in advance....

If the turns in question are when you turning into you, then:

Get on a Sim and practice super slow & controlled pirouettes without drifting, both directions, until you bleed.

Go from hover to very slow fwd flight and do your circuits.

If you can control it on a slow but moving manuever, it will be easier when you go faster.

Watched the video, looks like you have Cant-turn-lefti-itis.
May be just a mental block. You could just do the same right hand 180
on you right, and yes the heli will be comming towards you, but is ok.

Your piros are no more than stick slapping, need to fly those very slow along with lots of nose in practice before you are ever confortable on Fwd flight. (all in the sim first)

The other 180 right turns are actually very nice.

good luck

Practice is all you need. May I suggest practising hovering in all orientations especially nose in as this should be done first before attempting any forward flight.

60% of the time, it works every time!
