I brought a TDG underslung rotor head a while ago,I went to put it onto my raptor Titan, but have lost the pics/instructions for dimensions for rod lenghts.
I have since found out that TDG heli is not operating.
Does anyone have a copy of there setup or dimensions to help me setup the Rotor head.

If you dont get the instructions, Just level everyting, starting with centering servos and work you way up, When you get to the blades, Level one by hand and measure the distance from the blade grip ball to the swash, either make your own useing all thread or buy the right length.

tdg rotor head

I have put the rotor head together and have one problem, when bolting up the rotor grips i have found the the shaft apears to long for this, but when i started looking in the grip itself it doesnt have any axial bearings which i think is wat is making it too short.
Does this sound right? and do i use the old axial bearings off my old grips and put them inside?
any ideas?

cheers Ian

I dont understand why you didnt get bearings with the head, I would contact the company and find the right bearings. If thats not possible, and yours fit, give them a try. Make sure when you tighten everyting up there is no binding!
