I am building a G-30 and have some 9252 servos on hand. I don't think that they are up to the task but they are sitting hear. What do you think? Has anyone tryed this set up in a G-30 and how has it worked out?
Thanks 870Heli

I am using them, for the same reason. They seem to be fine so far. I used them in the Predator I had, never had an issue.

Wow, the ground was closer than I thought.

I'm also running 9252's on my Radikal. Never have had a problem with them.

Your 9252 will do just fine with the G30.

Have been using them for the best part of a year in my predator with no problem whatsoever.

G-30 servos
Well it seems the 9252 are OK. I swapped some servos around and have three 8311s and a 811. I also came up with a 8900 and a JR 770 gyro. So it looks like I am set without spending any money. I wanted to use 6 volts and the 9252s are 4.8 only.
When I went to put in the servos the screws they give you are not long enough and the screws that go on the arms are not getting used either. I think I will use 2mm. screws and nuts not self tappers.
So far it's looking good and I will be testing it soon on my new Heli pad. Yup I poured a cement Heli Pad today next to my driveway. I have a stone drivway and it suckes for Helis. I fly my 450's all the time in my yard and just test my new bigger Helis. I was sick of grass stained tail blades and chipped or worse (broken). No more, I will have a nice cement Heli pad to fly from. I also live on a hill! And the Heli pad is level........ HA
Thanks for the input
