Hello, Can Ultra Deans Connectors be used on and handle a 5000mah 6S 22.2V 40C Lipo battery? Also on a 130 amp ESC ?
I will be setting up a series connection also with these batteries.

Thanks,
Lenny

yes they can be but I would not recommend it, that is higher amperage than you should be pulling with them. I recommend using some bullet connectors.

I used Deans for my 10s setup, and it worked fine, but have recently started using EC5 connectors for my 12s setup on my Logo. After this flying season winds down, Ultra Deans will no longer be on any of my birds bigger than a 450 size. After the first one, the EC5 was a lot easier to solder/assemble for me, and I really like the way they go together.

been using deans for years and years and years.

pulled 220 amps 5000+ watts on turnigy 6s 5000 packs for over 100 flights with deans in a trex 550e with a kde/neu motor.

never a problem. currently running deans on a 12s logo 600se.

need 700-900 degrees to solder properly.

heavy duty.
