I'm getting my flybarless head today and noticed that there are hash marks for a pitch gauge. My question is how many degrees of pitch is each hash mark? The other question is where is everybody mounting the control balls on the servo arms? Are you still using whats listed in the flybar manual of 19-20mm from center? Thanks.

Rich, the hash marks are more for tracking the blades and setting 0 degrees they are just giving a reference. They are not fine enough for determining pitch unfortunately.

I have mine at 20mm on the servo arms, which provides the recommended +/-10deg pitch and 8deg cyclic at reasonable swash AFR values. I'm only running my headspeed at 2200rpm (until I put the 14t pinion on), but that provides a little under 300deg/sec cyclic authority.
