Has anyone else noticed significant play between the spindle and the new FBL dampers with the RigidCore head?

I’m concerned that the play is a bit excessive and that I may have to find alternatives to the FBL dampers.

I've put about 8 to 10 flights on my FBL head and I have no play at all.

Mine has a pretty good amount of play in it as well. I haven't flown mine yet as I'm doing a bit of maintenance but it will be up this weekend.

I don't crash... I land with style

I had a little play on the spindle with the new rigidcore dampers.
It flew fine though.

is the middle spindle dampener still required with the flybarless head, my fbl kit didn;t come with one, and i dont see it on the instructions. if I don't use one, it has a lot of play in the dampeners.

Thanks

I think it had something to do with a pic of some Kontronik women.

Look at the very first post of this thread. This is where you will have to order the RigidCore head from. I believe that many are currently in stock.

Avant is going to sell the FBL RigidCore head separately until everyone who has a flybarred (programmable head) Aurora is given the opportunity to convert theirs, and then the natively FBL kit will become available.
