Almost got all the bugs out of my Logo 600 3D,But when i go above 60% throttle or idle up it puts out a hard vibration.Heli seems quite and smooth until it reaches a high head speed.T/R shaft looks strait to the eye while spinning. The logger shows good health report while in normal flight.Im running EDGE blades with 1950,2050 2150 HS.Its so extreme it causes the T/R housing to twist immediately as i hit idle up.but its so snug once i land i cant even twist it back without unloosen it.

Sounds like the tail box is misaligned. Loosen it all up and re tighten and make sure it is straight.

Still open to more suggestionsI put new T/R shaft and bearings in today but still same problem.thinking about changing T/R blades and try again tomorrow. How tight should belt tension be,could this be an issue or even the gear mesh?Im running pinion against main gear with no lash but not pressed against the gear.

Normally dampers/thrust bearing worn in the main blade grips.

Mind you even if the edge are well balanced it seems to be an issue on some helis that the heli vibrates, normally radix or rotortech are smoother

The side of the flange bearings in the tail box should be epoxied in so try that, and if you grounded it make sure the ground screws aren't hitting the belt, and change the hub.

Check the bearings and pulleys in the mainframe. Where the belt runs before it goes to the main shaft.
Check the main shaft bearings while your there and the head. Thrust bearings in the right way, lubed and in one piece. Dampeners in good condition. Tail rotor blades in balance.slider in the right way.
Happy hunting. I feel your pain. Been there a few times as well.
Guys on the forum will help u out

Check the tail hub..Occasionally, one side of the hub wont allow the inside holder bearing to seat far enough toward the hub center causing the hub assembly to be out-of-round.. You wont be able to see it and may only notice the bearing is tight on the shaft.. You might replace the hub and tail shaft, since all else has failed.. This was the cause in my (as well as some others) L500..
