Hello everyone, I was wondering if it's possible to mix the travel of the servos somehow to prevent the servos from traveling past their normal range and causing binding while on flaperon mode?

The thing is that I set my flaperons and they work great but the thing is that once they are engaged and the ailerons are moved the servos travel too far on the down motion and bind. I was wondering if it's possible to somehow use the mixing to keep the servo from traveling so far down while on flap mode.

Any help would be highly appreciated and thanks in advanced. By the way I have a dx7 ar6200 set up.

Thanks,

Eric

That travel should be in your DX7 "flap" menu. Sets the up/down travel for the specific flap settings when landing of taking off.

I set the flap travel to 0,25,75 it's the aileron travel that making the ailerons bind when the flaps are engaged. I just need to limit the aileron travel when the flaps are engaged but I don't know how to?

I'm not sure if the DX7 has it, but you might try Aileron Differential settings.

fwiw..

Old JR trick was to use travel adjust to max out the servo throw...Was around 150% I believe...Then reset your mechanical linkage, radio can not drive past the maxed out limits even with aileron and flaperon applied....
