What is happening with this company?

I thought after so many cases, justice would protect customers..

Do people that had problems got their money or their orders..?

Where is the owner of the Company? Maybe the people that have problems, could gather together and go to justice...

Send the email once not 10 times. It looks like Spam and then we have to look through 1000's of emails for it. Yes the mount was shipped to the last address you emailed.
What is happening with this company?
Releasing new products. We've been in business now over 13 years and yes in that time frame have had maybe a dozen customers that were a problem. If it's a legit problem not just a ghost customer to help another vendor or a bogus claim we will address the problem ASAP.

That depends. I really don't have to deal with many problems.
Where is the owner of the Company? Maybe the people that have problems, could gather together and go to justice...
I am the owner have been since 1996 when the parachute side of the company opened.

I take every problem case by case. This case was a sales tax/freight misunderstanding. I think it amounted to a terminology break down on fee's.

1st of all there are 10 emails, dont want to copy paste them all here
2nd i suppose to be a customer of yours so my email has no place in your spam folders
and 3rd and most importand the mount isnt there yet
You said you are going to ship the mount on 29 of March, now is 8 of April, more than a week for 300miles distance?

as i am asking in the emails i send you i need the tracking number from fedex

do you have the tracking number?

P.S. Its better to use EMS USPS, and not FEDEX OR UPS. They are not suitable for Greece.

Actually he said 300 miles distance, I would guess that is from where Airfoil is located, so I think he wanted it shipped somewhere here in the states.

Which is worse, ignorance or apathy? I don't know and I don't care!

I said to John to ship the mount to Cicero IL, to a friend of me so he can send the mount to Greece

Cicero IL is 300miles from Loraine IL that Airfoil is located

I ll let you know whats happening when John send me the tracking number cause till today 10 of April the mount is missing...

i have seen several people have problems with this company so why do you all still do buisness with them?
also in his post he kinda seems like a prick that is doing you a favor to sell you his part!!! why would anybody put up with that?

The are are 3 reasons i decided to buy a mount from Airfoil
First his ad here in rr make me thought that he is proffecional.
Second i like underslung mounts
And third is really near to that friend of me!

Now is too late though cause i pay with bank wire on 17 of February and i am still waiting but i hope he will send the mount.

John has already posted his private e-mail address so this can be resolved without public interference. I fail to see why you persist in handling this on a public forum for the time being. Also, with the 10 e-mails, the reason why that is problematic is not due to the content of the e-mails, but due to the quantity of e-mails. SPAM filters may filter out large numbers of e-mails, should they be received in a short period of time. I sincerely hope this matter is resolved quickly, and without any further issues.

Oh come on T-rex, give it a break.
Try reading here continously and you will see there are problems with Airfoil more then regulary, a private email adress is no garantee, so just let him ask for his request here.

Dimitris asked for a response on the 7th. He got one from Airfoil on the 8th, with John's e-mail included. And Dimitris continued to deface the company on here without giving John an opportunity to take it from there. Patience is a virtue. And honestly, continuously defacing Airfoil after their initial response is NOT going to get anything done any quicker. Yes it is unprofessional to under-deliver as Airfoil may have, but it is even more so to handle it the way Dimitris has.

this is the third or better complaint on RR about this company i have seen in the last couple months!!!

i apprecite people letting me know so i dont buy anything from them and go thru the headaches they are going through

I will try to clear up what has happened.

First the wire for the mount came two weeks later than what was stated before and I think $30.00 short. We had no problem going ahead at that time and shipping the mount to Miami,FL the original shipping address he had requested.

Then the address was changed to Chicago. All of this was on another thread but is gone now. At this point we explained if we have to ship the product in IL we will have to charge sales tax of $59.00. The argument started over terminology. He looked up the distance and thought we were ripping him off on freight. We are located in IL so sales tax would have to apply it wasn't an extra freight charge.

The mount was shipped to the Chicago address supplied then return undeliverable. After a few more emails we have the same address but in Cicero, IL. We have shipped the mount to the exact address emailed to us last week in Cicero,IL.

In our system it doesn't show it as a valid address but the customers it telling us it is.

What I hate to be honest is could we have done a better job communicating with him? Yes I'm sure we could of once I went back and read some of the emails about the delay in the wire, sales tax versus freight and yes we were running about 10 days behind right then.

The mount is on it's way at this time to the Cicero address. Just got your email will send you the tracking in about 30 minutes.

The $59.00 you were billed for sales tax via your CC has been refunded just to try to do something to help in what didn't go as smooth as it could of.

Sorry for the problems
