Depends on what you want to do.
For acrobatic quick flights the Align 205D's are really good and so are the Stealth 205's. Tail blades, I like the KBDD on my 250 (and my 450). For paddles the FS+ are the fastest.
If you are doing sport flying and basic aerobatics I recommend trying the plastic blades. They are 'softer' flying especially if you are pushing collective type maneuvers but they hurt your pocketbook a lot less when you hit the ground, surviving may hits. The stock tail blades and paddles also work great. If you have a tail wag try the 37mm tail blades as they are lighter and may reduce the pull on the tail assembly at speed. It's at least a good troubleshooting step.
Cheap composite blades usually fly bad on this heli. I've had one set of RAZR's I got a couple years ago that flew great but can't find them anymore.
EDIT: for FBL you may try the all white CF blades. They are a little heavier. I have no experience with this though.
