Hello. I have a DX8 and am finally wanting to get the telemetry hooked up. I am going to be using an RPM sensor for a brushless motor. The thing is I don't want to just solder the sensor to the motor leads. This would mean that I would need to de-solder the sensor if I ever wanted to change the motor.
My question is do you think there would be a problem if i soldered a plug to the motor? I could simply unplug the sensor and leave it attached to the heli if I needed to pull out the motor. I was thinking of using a standard servo plug or maybe a small JST plug. I was thinking about doing the same thing for the other sensors (voltage) as well.
