I am having trouble setting up the 90 degree swash on the cgy750. The elevator also gives pitch input. I have mixed most of it out in the cgy750 but there is still some interaction there as the mixes only go down to 30 from 100.

Tx set to H-1(10chg)
Cgy750 set to H3-90
Everything in the tx is zeroed out or inhibited as per the instructions.

Are you sure the transmitter needs to be set to H1 (mechanical mixing)? Sounds like you have some mining in the transmitter. An easy to check if it’s the transmitter or the CGY is to look at the servo page on the transmitter and see if the pitch channel (6) moves when you move the cyclic controls. The Swash menu has lots of options (one for each flight mode) so it’s easy to overlook something. Just inhibit all the swash mixing.

There have been several with mechanical mixing Raptors and that works great. There is no mixing in the CGY so several menu options are not used.

He is talking about the Raptor E620 that has 90 degree or 140 degree eCCPM which has a totally different control system than a nitro Raptor. I have a E620 with 140 eCCPM option and that does work.

Hi Ben,

Thanks for the information, I did not know the Electric Raptor had a eCCPM swash setup.
I have been trying to setup the Raptor using the old Black coloured Vbar with ver 5.1 firmware but I'm having problems with the TX (12FGH with 2.4ghz 14ch Rx) In the Tx setup screen when I increase the pitch, the rudder also moves. I have no mix set in the Tx.

I thought if I use the Gy750 along with an Sbus Rx, things may be easier?

Oh **** ! this is going to be expensive?

The CGY is very easy to set up and it flies great with default settings. Very much easier than Vbar.
