Currently i have my electric helis setup with my Jive ESC master cable going to channel 3 on my RX and my slave cable going to CGY750 TH/E2 channel. I had watched the Bobby Watts video and had seen him plug his ESC to the RX so i figured i'd do the same but had figured the 750 would need more current than the single sbus cable could provide so the slave going to the 750 directly would be needed.
Is there any benefit at all if you are using your ESC's built in gov, to plugging in to the 750 opposed to the RX? Is there any benefit to the way i have it now? I just read about the feed forward setting but not sure it applies when using a flat throttle curve and a Gov.
The reason I ask is because i have only had 1 issue with my 750 which I wonder might be fixed by switching the above. At the end of my flight, if I let the voltage of my Lipo drop lower than normal, to the point that the headspeed starts to slow but has not yet hit LVC, i start to get Oscillation from what seems to be too high a cyclic gain. Granted when i'm doing normal flying, the timer is set well before any real noticeable voltage sag, but because I was doing more setup and was not using timer etc i had experienced this on both my helis a few times. The other issue is the jives low LVC cutoff which allows for a max of 2.9v. I have not seen any other reports of this but have verified it on both my 750's.
