+1 JB weld.

Must clean with denatured alcohol first thoroughly.

I've made this repair on several pipes. Just clean the hole and fitting as best as you can. Then clean it with Lacquer thinner. Put some JB Weld on and stick them together. Don't touch for 24 hours then go fly.

The heat won't bother JB Weld.

This hobby is WAY too expensive!!

Well i cleaned with denat alchohol but i heard if you get grease fittings and pop the ball out you can use them so hopefully this works if not i will try to get a larger thread grease fitting jb says its good at 600deg. for ten mins what are the pipes? Im curious why this happened in the first place

Right before you try to fly, a good idea would be to run a small drill bit through the pressure nipple... just to make sure you didn't accidentally plug the nipple with a stray bit of JB weld.

Trying to fly with a plugged pressure fitting will not end well.

Macs Products has a thin wall pressure fitting that will
help you repair your muffler.

i went and got some grease fittings and some quick steel good up to 500 deg. better then jb not sure how hot the pipe gets but i think this might work also the grease fittings are auto motive all you got to do is push the ball bearing out and presto clear hole. Will need to drill a bigger hole though. Who knows jb just might work not sure hopefully weather tomorrow good enough to test

They make different size pressure fittings, you could always use the next size up.
