frgy28 +1 on the True Blood Damper

As wicked Mentioned, Replace the Shafts, Gears, Dampers and the Tail Box and it will fly as smooth as an Align 450.

On the Plus side, The EXI 450 V2 kit comes with Metal Side Frames... So if you Crash it hard enough, it's only going to Bend instead of Breaking or Cracking. Just get a malet hamer and bend it back to shape. Then u'll be good to go, or just replace them with align CF Sides. Then You'll be that much closer to an Align Heli... Ahaha

This has worked for Me well as I learned the basics of Crashing with Stule ... Or minimal Damage.
+1 back to frgy but the tail box is great its the tail rotor grip that separates and goes flying off lol i use the align pro tail rotor grip lucky my clone tail rotor grip blew apart while i has spooling up.

and the cnc head it cost 29 bucks compared to align head unit for 150 bucks ? and the clone head units come in fancy colors for better visibility and good looks.

and the clone cf frame is 15 bucks .

i use the cf boom and frame because its more flexible in a crash.

I've never had to replace a cf boom after a crash since the cf bounces back into shape unlike the metal .

i highly recommend clone cf parts for a beginner

Insha Allah made in america

heads up guys, if you don't already know...

the HK450 V2 is the same heli as the EXI450 V2, parts are the same.
Hobbyking uses the last three digits of the part number, as for xheli and Hobbypartz use the full part numbers...with compatible parts from a T-rex to the EXI clone, I found that the main gear assembly of my T-rex 450XL will not fit into the EXI clone frames. The lower gear on the tail drive gear assembly of the EXI clone is a larger diameter than the T-rex's...so beware of the differences there. Haven't come across any other part issues other than that.

if you're working on a budget, HK, Hobbypartz, and xheli are great, sometimes you can find deals at BP Hobbies also.

forgot to include this...the reason the main gear assembly of the Trex450 XL will not fit into the EXI clone is due to the tail drive gear assembly lower gears' diameter is larger than the Trex, thus not allowing alignment of the bearings to insert the main shaft through the main shaft bearing housing and main gear assemblies....maybe as little as a millimeter or less
