Pitch curves would not be affected in a crash as they are stored in your radio.

if you had to replace links, grips, hubs and so on then you would want to make sure to go thru your mechanical setup so that it's the same as before but this is done on the helicopter and not via the transmitter.

Even though you are replacing with the same brand head and main shaft, tolerances may be slightly different. I do the big adjustments with the rods and then fine tune it with the radio.
I am fully aware that the settings are stored in the radio. As I said earlier is that I adjusted the mechanical first and then fine tuned it with the radio. I only changed the radio maybe 2% max.
