I love my FMA Cellpro 10S Chargers. For something small and compact, the Thunder Power 610 does a nice job as well

It's a complex, costly, glow powered anti-gravity machine!

Quattro 4x6 for $89 from HK

If you have good power supply you can charge 4 of the 6S at the same time.
That charger is limited to 200w@50w per channel so you are right it will charge a 6S battery it will take all day to do it.

You don't even need a good power supply

Anything opinions on this charger pros or cons:

Hyperion EOS 0606i 6S 6A max CHARGER AC/DC

http://www.atsrcplanes.com/hyperion...00606i%20AD.htm

compared to this one. really leaning towards AC/DC power:
"Hyperion EOS 0720i Net 3 AD AC/DC Balance Charger"

Your right brother its slow but I can do it in 90m not all day

Figure 90m isn't too bad but I really need the 400W charger for $80 from HK
Problem is with only one 400W charger and taking 20m charge, I'm back to 90m again for all 4 batteries
Unless I spend $80 X 4 then where talking

I don't know what size batts you're charging, but the first one is only 6A, that's will be very slow on bigger batts. The same with the second, at only 90W on the AC side...what are you charging?

I decided to go with the icharger 306B I spent a week asking questions and reading up on them. The voltz seems like its the best charger except I don't have 10s packs.

also just wanted to let you guys know that Ernie at readyheli is great, he helped answer all my questions.

And Dale over at EP buddy is great also. They went above and beyond to get me my order to me tomorrow.

Both Great companies to deal with.

If you can't do it right Don't do it!

Band 1086, I'm charging 6S batteries at 4000-5000 mah. I gues the more amps the quicker I can charge. is this at 1C, 2C, 3C ect...New at this i was only chargign at 1C in the past. I guess you can go higher what determines that. How high can I charge a 6S battery.Am I looking for a charger over 6A?

If you have been charging at 1C it's been taking about a hour,
that's old tech! At 6A(it doesn't tell the watts) you could charge a 4000 6S at 1.5C...approx 45 mins, and a 5000 just a little over 1C.
The second one plugged into the wall put out 90W max, that's less than 1C. Charger max watts(90W)/ batt voltage (25V)= amps(3.6)...less than 1C(4A or 5A).
I guess you can go higher what determines that.
The charge C rating determines that. Generally the higher the quality of the battery, the higher the charge rating. TP 65C's are by far the highest now at 12C.
How high can I charge a 6S battery.Am I looking for a charger over 6A?
What brand and battery model are you charging? If you have the ultra cheapos, 1 or 2C is all you can charge at.

Is there a new one? The ones I see are only 250 watt which would only put out about 6 amps on a six cell battery.

My current charger is the 1010b+ 300w icharger but am looking for an aditional one. I currently am parallel charging and can run up against my 300w limit so am looking into the 1000w class but will also have to redo my power supply.

Thanks guys for all the information and recommendations. I'm leaning towards the single Hyperion charger because of the AC/DC for charging in a hotel while on the road. I know the dual Hyperion would charge faster and 2 at a time, but I don't want to carry a heavy power supply while I travel. What charge rate would I be charging these batteries? at 1.3C? I have 2 Turnigy and 2 Zippy batteries. Thanks

Turnigy 4500mAh 6S1P 30C Lipo Pack- 2 each
Zippy 5000mah 6s 25c lipo Pack- 2 each

5000 would be 5a at 1c

2c would be 9a on 4500
2c would be 10a on 5000

so using the Hyperion single charger 6A which of the two settings. I would assume this since its a 6A charger right? and how long would it take to charge one battery?

4500 would be 4.5a at 1c
5000 would be 5a at 1c
