Hey guys, I have some up and down play in the start coupler. I've had it back apart a few times... I think it's in the housing or something. It's driving me nuts. The coupler is on right because the grub screws line right up. Any ideas or is this common with the 600?

I have strip so many of the stupid couplers. Only tip i have is tap the shaft more. This way the set screw goes in deeper and it has a less chance of getting loose or cut.

Do you tap the shaft the same size and just go deeper. I love the idea.

I would have to say use the same size and just drill a little deeper. I'm going to try it out.
