Rocket City rod ends from HeliProz.com are much stronger than stock.

Go Titanium!

You might have to ream out your ball links, as these are 3mm.

I use them on my 700 fbl. The links from the swash to the blade grips. You canot just turn the buckles to adjust. It will pop off the balls but you can take the link off and make tiny adjustments. Great for blade tracking. I like them.

Titanium links

CNC
What length are you using on what heli. Do they come long enough. I wish they made a larger ball link to fit. Reaming them out might defeat the purpose of added strength.

Anyone know of a larger link then Q-UK's

Thanks

I agree, if there isn't enough meat on the pushrod end of the ball joint, reaming might not be a good idea. You'd have to use good judgment there.

I'm using them on a Trex600e and Trex700 gasser conversion. I don't remember what sizes, but I just measured the stock pushrods and ordered the sizes that were close enough to work. Lunsford makes many different lengths from 16mm to 3-1/4".

On the Align FBL helis, the ball joints for the grip links are 2.5mm, so they screw on tight and don't have to be reamed out.
