Hi guys I have a problem i cant resolve. Heli sounds like motor is cutting out when pumping collective pitch. Sounds like it has a vibration, but heli seems to be smooth to the eyes. Im new to electric and not sure if maybe esc is set up wrong for motor. Scorpion 1600 kv,ice 100.I have replaced main brgs and t/r brgs but still sounds loud for electric but maybe its normalHERE IS A LINK TO CHECK OUT VIDEO AND LISTEN TO THE SOUND and post your opinion or thoughts.

Watch at YouTube

BTW, i added new bearings in motor since video and overlook the poor quality of filming. sorry

The squeaky sound i hear when i watch video i could never hear while flying, maybe this is why i have had troubles with the 3g unit.
I have replaced about every bearing i can think of including swash, all thats left is auto hub wich i have looked at and it feels smooth.

Sounds like the gov gain is to high
Try either lowering it to 15, or disabling to confirm that's your issue. Then slowly turn it back up a few at a time. Also you may want test a lower timing setting. Sometimes that will allow a higher gain setting without the sputter. Lastly, make sure you are running a current version of the firmware.

O.K fellows, finally resolved the squeaky sound wich was coming from a bad thrust bearing in main blade grip:confused

Gregor99 i lowered timing and rpm so i would have more overhead and got rid of the sputter.
THANKS

Thanks for the update. I couldn't hear the squeak on the video, glad you found it. As for the sputter, you can try turning up the gain a little, (not as high as before) until it starts to sputter/chirp under load, then back off a few.
