Possibly over discharge you need to borrow a charger and see how many MAH your putting into the battery and set your timer so that you are using about 70 % of the battery each flight 2100 = 1470 mah

What brand of batteries were you using? If you were using the E-flite, then that makes sense. I've had nothing but problems with Parkzone/E-Flite batteries because they suck big time. I had some and after a month or two, a cell or two would give up. Get yourself some Turnigy or Blue lipo batteries. They are cheap and work great.

E-flight batteries aren't the best on the planet but they are not the worst either. I have 3 1+ year old 3s 2100MAH eflights (left over from B400) that I use and they are still working fine. They are getting weak but I still get 5min flight times out of all of them.

biggest problem with these bats is once you low voltage them a couple of times, they die fast. My guess is over discharge too many times and not junk battery.

junk what you got, buy new ones, get a voltage checker and use your timer.

Batteries are too expensive at the LHS. Use the links that I posted earlier. You will be able to get 2-3 batteries for the price of 1 at a LHS.

I had the same problem. For me, it was the EFlite charger -- it was not charging all of the cells. I got a Triton charger and new batteries -- no battery problems since.
