I have been battling with an oscillation in my rave for quite a while and I have had some people say lately that it could be the servos even though they seem fine... here is a video of me running them a bit and you guys tell me... could they be a problem? oh and I did the same test as in the video while putting pressure on the servos to make sure they could do the same thing under load.

You're talking about the one servo moving more than the other, correct? Is that a V-bar you're running? If so, I believe that's actually normal and my helicopter with 5065 servos does the same thing. If it is a V-bar, please go into the "setup mode" and I think you'll see that it doesn't do that anymore.

what I am saying is that I don't see anything wrong... but it does not fly and I am out of ideas on what to fix

I should note that this heli has never been crashed, I put about 200 flights on it with it flying great then took it apart put all new bearings in it, moved the v-bar, moved the esc, replaced the links and replaced the head dampers and now it oscillates horribly. the heli looks great mechanically, almost no slop, level swash 90 degree arms at 0 pitch. ball links perfectly reamed. the whole heli is balanced well.... it just seems like a perfect setup but it won't fly.

Pull the servos and send them to HiTec. They can test them and make sure they are still working correctly.

Look at it this way: It's cheaper and less inconvenient than crashing.

I am just not at all convinced that my problem could be the servos... right now I am sort of missing my flybar... I just want to fix something!
