I'm not up on WI. law but it seems like the legislators that are in session should be able to vote to vacate the seats of the ones that refuse to do their jobs and show up for session.

Any new law created must be enacted within the framework of the law.

Without a forum, they cannot create a new law. Thats the law. Just one Dem coming out of hiding means they would have a forum. That would make any new law created legal and binding.

Any law created without a forum, would not be legal.
