I've never had to balance paddles and am not familiar with your heli, but generally just make sure the paddles are the same weight and are equal distances out on your flybar, which should be equally protruding on each side of your flybar cage.

I have never done it. I just make sure they are the same distance from the head. Never had a problem. Now the mains and the tail blades, I do balance.

I don't think I've ever heard of anyone balancing flybar paddles, I guess if you want to do it put then on a scale and check for weight.

I use to balance the paddles on my EVO50's. I would make sure the flybar was perfectly centered and the paddles equal distance out. Before attaching any links up top I'd make sure the paddles would sit level on the head.
If I had a paddle that kept wanting fall on one side just sitting I'd add clear tape to the under side of the high or light paddle. It never did take more than one small piece of tape.

I balance the head (sans blades) on the high point. I generally put a wheel collar on each side of the flybar, and move them around until it balances.
