On my 450 pro tarot. The main blade m3x16 screws are crappy to say the least. M3 bolts with a continuous thread are readily available in my area. Is it OK to use a continuous thread or can it damage my blades or the heli?

You will damage the heli if it throws a blade.
Only use bolts with a shank/un-threaded section

Agreed ^^^ Using a continually threaded bolt is weaker than a shanked bolt. It is more critical in larger birds...
