I recently ordered NHP 800mm blades from them. Well i got an email where order was processing and that is the last i heard from those guys!!! I tried to call and email and cant get anyone, and frankly want to know where my $140 blades are! i did not get any shipment email and it has been going on 2; 2 1/2 weeks and getting a little concerned! Has anyone ever dealt with them? Is shipping normally this long? IMO this is not a good feeling and at this point just want my money back! Someone out there help a fellow heliman out!

Me too!!!

I order 2 pairs, received confirmation email about 3 weeks ago and nothing. The upside is that they have not charged my CC. I just think they are not making them anymore. Im bummed since i had 12mm grips on my AP ship. Going to have to change my head again to fit 14mm and wait for the new Edge 813mm blades or buy rotortechs.

Well they charged me $146.18 on February 2nd. I have not heard anything from them besides an email of them "processing my order" if someone has a contact or way to get in touch with them i would rather just get my money back!!!! I am ery disappointed!!!!

I am in the UK and have always had a good service out of Revolution, although I haven't used them recently.

I notice from their web site that they have just moved to a new address and they seem to have had a time without emails and problems with their phones. They are also on Twitter by the look of it:

Probably they don't have the 800 blades in stock . Probably they will not answer your mails and probably you will get your blades without any notice.
I have never had a problem with them but I don't like how they try to sell products rather than keeping customers.

My thoughts

Revolution are a long established company/retailer here in the UK, and I think have a very good reputation by and large.

It suggests there are logistics issues with their change of premises, however in this particular case, and I should add I have no affiliation with Revolution Models, just seems they are experienceing a few issues with their move.

I think it is worth mentioning that most retailers in the UK (RC and general retail) don't by and large do customer service.
We have a really poor attitude to customer service, and a lasse faire attitude to our customers.

There are a few RC exceptions and a chat around any flying field in the UK will throw up the same few retailers names.

It then poses the question why so many of us "Brits" by online and from the US, price is one, but you guys just seem to give a damn.

I think, its a waiting game or think about where you spend you hard earned cash, as the saying goes, "you pays ya money you takes ya choice!"

But hang in there, it will be worth it!

Thanks guys for all the intel! I was getting worried, disapointed, hurt, angry, hungry, etc all of the above about this. :-) Phil from their company actually emailed me this morning ( probably saw these posts) with tracking information and now we are trying to hunt these down. Seems as if the blades were turned over to USPS but an actual location we are investigating it. It would of been an ease of mind to get the shipping email up front so i could of beeen tracking the shipment. Any who i had to reach out to my fellow helimen and thank you all again for your support!!!

Time to sling some blades!!! (hopefully) :-)
